The M.O.U. on studying, surveying, designing and investing in development of Site A on the Savan-SENO Special Economic Zone (SASEZ) between 2 parties, The Savan-SENO Special Economic Zone Authority (SEZA) was signed on 12 December 2006 in Vientiane, Lao P.D.R.
The Agreement on the Development of Site A of the Savan-SENO Special Economic Zone was signed on 13 June 2007 in Vientiane, Lao P.D.R.
Savan City Co., Ltd. is a joint venture among government holding 30% share and TAGS holding 70% share (KLS has 19% shares out of this 70% shares).
The government issued the Investment License No. 005/Sor. Mor.Yor.Khor.Sor.Sor.Chor on 21st February 2008 with the initial capital of 5,000,000 USD as per contract. It worth of the Site A land evaluated by the government is 22.3 Million USD.
The government issued the Enterprise Registration License on 8th April 2008.
The government issued the Internal Revenue Registration of Foreign Investment License on 20th August 2008.

Savannakhet International Airport
The length of runway of Savannakhet International Airport is 160 KM. It can only accommodate TR 72, MA 60 and propeller type aircraft. Now, serving 3 flights a week both domestic and international (Savannakhet-Suvarnabhumi).
This international airport can be in cooperated with the Savan City Project. The developer has to expand the length of runway to 2.6 KM. in order to expand the flying time up to 4 hours from Savannakhet to Shanghai (China). The estimated total investment is 15-20 Million USD.
